Randal Kolo Muani has reportedly turned down a move to Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri on Twitter, Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani has rejected the chance to move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur to miss out on Randal Kolo Muani to Paris Saint-Germain
The reporter has claimed that Tottenham lost too much time in making an offer for the French striker.
Tavolieri has claimed that the 24-year-old France international striker is now off to Paris Saint-Germain.
Tavolieri reported in July that Tottenham had a “huge” interest in the striker, adding that the Frenchman himself was “keen” on a move to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs were looking at the 24-year-old as a potential replacement for England international striker Harry Kane, who is now at Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.
It will be a bitter blow for Tottenham that they are going to miss out on the signing of Muani to PSG.
PSG are one of the biggest clubs in the world, and we are not surprised that the striker has now decided to move to the Ligue 1 champions.
However, if Spurs had made an offer earlier and got a deal done with Frankfurt, then the 24-year-old could have now been at the Premier League club.

Muani made 31 starts and one substitute appearance in the Bundesliga last season.
The striker scored 15 goals and gave 11 assists in those games.
The 24-year-old also scored two goals in seven UEFA Champions League games for Frankfurt last season.
