The 26-year-old striker has now recovered, and the England international has said that he will be ready for the first game of Spurs if and when the season resumes.
According to Sky Sports, Premier League players have returned to individual sessions, and that the campaign could get back underway next month.
Kane told Sky Sports: “Whenever the season does continue, whether it’s next month, or two months, three months, I should be ready to go from the first game.”

Kane is one of the best strikers in the Premier League, and him returning to full fitness is great news for Tottenham.
Spurs are still in the race for a top-four finish in the Premier League table, and with the Englishman back, the North London outfit will be confident of challenging for the Champions League places.
According to WhoScored, the striker has scored 11 goals and provided two assists in 20 league matches for Spurs so far this season.
