Frank Lampard’s Everton are set to miss out on Chelsea striker Armando Broja to David Moyes’s West Ham United, according to The Daily Mail.

West Ham to sign Everton target Armando Broja

The Daily Mail have reported that West Ham are set to sign Broja on loan from Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The Hammers are reportedly willing to sign the Albania international striker on loan for next season.

This latest development on the future of Broja – described as “a really, really exciting talent” by former Manchester United defender and Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville on Sky Sports Premier League in February 2022 – will come as a blow for Everton.

The Athletic have reported that Everton have made the 20-year-old Albania international striker their number one target to replace Richarlison.

Earlier this summer, Brazil international forward Richarlison moved to Tottenham Hotspur from Everton.

Time for late move from the Toffees?

While West Ham United are reportedly set to sign Armando Broja, there is still time for Everton to make a late move.

After all, the deal has not been completed yet.

Perhaps the Toffees could make an offer that is too tempting for Broja.
