Dharmesh Sheth has reported that Moises Caicedo could now change his mind over a potential move to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.

The Sky Sports journalist has reported on Twitter that Moises Caicedo is now having second thoughts about joining Liverpool from Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer transfer window.

Sheth had earlier claimed that Caicedo was getting ready to leave for Liverpool and undergo a medical with the Merseyside club.

However, the Ecuador international midfielder is now reportedly having second thoughts about a potential move to Liverpool.

Moises Caicedo should join Liverpool from Brighton and Hove Albion

In our view, Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo should move to Liverpool in the summer transfer window.

We do not understand why the midfielder is having second thoughts about a potential transfer to the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners.

Leaving Brighton for Liverpool would be a step-up for Caicedo.

Jurgen Klopp is a world-class manager, and the youngster would improve under the Liverpool boss.

Liverpool regularly challenge for the Premier League title and for the UEFA Champions League.

Caicedo would also get to play alongside Alexis Mac Allister at Liverpool.

The Reds signed the Argentina international midfielder from Brighton earlier in the summer transfer window.

Yes, Liverpool will not play in the UEFA Champions League next season, but they will certainly challenge for the title.

Liverpool are one of the biggest clubs in the world and are a global brand.

We believe that Caicedo should seriously consider joining Liverpool if the Reds have already agreed a deal with Brighton.

Caicedo has made 45 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.

The midfielder has scored two goals and given two assists in those games.
