West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Bruce wants to sign Newcastle United goalkeeper Karl Darlow in the summer transfer window, but the Magpies will reportedly offer him to Manchester United to bring Dean Henderson to St.James’ Park.
Newcastle to offer West Brom target Karl Darlow to Manchester United
The Sun have reported that Newcastle will offer Darlow to Manchester United as part of a deal to sign fellow goalkeeper Henderson this summer.
The Magpies reportedly want Henderson to be their number one goalkeeper at St. James’ Park next season instead of Martin Dubravka.
Henderson reportedly wants to move to Newcastle only on a season-long loan deal.
Newcastle’s reported plan is a blow for their former manager Steve Bruce.
Bruno is now in charge of West Brom in the Championship at the moment and has been linked with a move for Darlow.

Potentially missing out
The Sun reported earlier this month that Bruce wants to sign Newcastle goalkeeper Darlow in the summer transfer window.
The current West Brom worked with the 31-year-old when he was the Newcastle boss.
However, it seems that Newcastle have other plans for Darlow, and Bruce could miss out on his signing to Manchester United, a club where the Englishman won the Premier League and the FA Cup thrice each.
