Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to demand that Jack Clarke gets given a runout against Ludogorets on Thursday in the Europa League.
It was the former Leeds winger’s birthday yesterday, and after Spurs wished him well on Twitter, a number of supporters flocked to the tweet with the demand for Jose Mourinho.
If the former Real Madrid boss did hand the 20-year-old some game-time on Thursday, it would be quite surprising.
Mourinho has only given Clarke four minutes of first-team action so far this season, having brought him on against LASK on October 22nd.
Aside from that, the York-born forward has made four appearances in Premier League 2, scoring one and assisting one.

In fact, that outing against LASK was Clarke’s one and only first-team appearance for the north Londoners since his £10 million move from Leeds in July 2019.
With the likes of Gareth Bale, Carlos Vinicius, Steven Bergwijn and Lucas Moura available to Mourinho as deputies to Heung-min Son out wide, it will be tough for Clarke to get a look-in.

Tottenham are also level on six points with LASK and Royal Antwerp, so the job is far from done for the north Londoners.
Let’s see what the Tottenham fans on Twitter have been saying…
