Leeds United fans have called for Pascal Struijk to start against Crystal Palace.
Struijk has not played for Leeds since he was hooked off in the first-half against Aston Villa, after picking up a yellow card.
The 21-year-old was omitted from the starting line-up in Leeds’ last game against Leicester City, but his importance to the team was highlighted in that contest.
Leeds were beaten 4-1 with Mateusz Klich designated as the team’s defensive midfield option, in Kalvin Phillips’ absence.
The problem for Leeds is that Klich just wasn’t quite disciplined enough to perform in the role, and they were heavily exposed as a result.
Leicester cut through them at will on occasions in the first-half.
And Leeds fans feel that if they are to be more successful at Palace then Struijk will need to come back into Bielsa’s starting plans.
