The Bristol City defender is being monitored by Premier League clubs including West Bromwich Albion this month.

Aden Flint could be on his way to the Premier League in the January transfer window if the right offer comes in.
Flint has been excellent in helping Bristol City challenge for promotion and reach the Carabao Cup semi-finals, which is why West Bromwich Albion, as reported by the Bristol Post, are keen to sign the 28-year-old to potentially replace Jonny Evans if he leaves.

Lee Johnson turned down an offer of £6million so how much is Flint worth and what do the Seagulls and the Baggies need to do to get their man?
Flint is now arguably in the top five defenders in the Championship, he is great in the air, strong and also has leadership qualities needed to be a successful Premier League defender.

Flint is also good in the other box. He has netted seven goals already this term and only Bobby Reid has more than him in the Bristol City team this season. In fact, the West Brom target has scored 36 goals in the four and half years he has been at Ashton Gate.
With the Robins hoping to at least land a play-off place, they will not want to lose one of their most important players at such a crucial time in their season.
So with all that in mind, £10million is probably the lowest fee Johnson will consider and it may even take a bid in excess of that given the way the market is currently.
