Piers Morgan has criticised Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta on Twitter for his decision to drop Aaron Ramsdale for David Raya against Everton at Goodison Park.
Arsenal took on Everton away from home at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday.

Aaron Ramsdale is the number one goalkeeper for Arsenal, and many would have expected the Englishman to start.
However, it was David Raya who started against Everton ahead of Ramsdale.

Raya joined Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal fan and TV personality Piers Morgan was not happy with manager Mikel Arteta’s decision regarding Ramsdale.
Morgan has said on Twitter that Arteta has publicly humiliated the 25-year-old England international striker by dropping him against the Toffees
It is quite a strong statement from Morgan.
But, we do not agree with it.
Yes, dropping Ramsdale for Raya does seem harsh, but Arteta is not humiliating the 25-year-old.
Not at all.
Possible reason why Ramsdale was dropped
Arsenal have a UEFA Champions League game in midweek.
Perhaps Arteta wants Ramsdale to be fully ready for that match and wants to give him a break.
Yes, it will come as a disappointment for Ramsdale, but if a manager drops a player for whatever reason, it is not about humiliating that particular footballer.
It is about giving that player’s replacement a fair chance to prove himself.
Raya is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League, and perhaps he will push Ramsdale to become better.
