Juan Mata enjoyed a winning debut as Manchester United defeated Cardiff City 2-0.
Mata played 85 minutes, withdrawn late on for Adnan Januzaj. Notably he provided an assist for an excellent Ashley Young strike during the second half, with Robin van Persie bagging the opener.
While he is still getting used to United’s set up, fans too are adjusting to the sight of the talented Spaniard in a United shirt. So long as he keeps up the winning record, the settling in period will go very quickly…
