Chelsea will play host to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.

Tottenham players seemed to be in good spirits during training ahead of their clash with Chelsea on Sunday, and the club released a series of images via their official Twitter account capturing them being put through their paces.

Spurs head into the game against the Blues knowing that they have not won at Stamford Bridge since 1990, so history certainly is not on their side.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side currently sit in fourth spot in the Premier League table, five points clear of Antonio Conte’s fifth placed Chelsea, and a win for the Lilywhites on Sunday would all but secure their place inside the top four.

The Tottenham players will be desperate to get back to action after the two-week international break, with so much still to play for this season.

If they manage to finish inside the top four and win the FA Cup, this season will surely be considered as a successful one, but there is obviously still a lot of hard work to be done.

Whilst Tottenham’s key men took part, Juan Foyth, who is still awaiting his Premier League debut was also snapped.

Against Chelsea, though, in a game of such magnitude, it is unlikely that the Argentine will be given the nod at Stamford Bridge.
