The Everton players were training on Thursday ahead of the Premier League game against Bournemouth this weekend.

Everton will take on Bournemouth away from home at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Toffees will head into the match against the Cherries on the back of 2-0 defeat to Norwich City at Goodison Park in the third round of the EFL Cup.

Everton, though, are going strong in the Premier League and find themselves second in the league table at the moment.

Ronald Koeman’s side will head into the game against Bournemouth as favourites, and the players were training hard on Thursday.

Among the players who attended Everton’s training session on Thursday was midfielder Tom Cleverley.

As the photos below show, the 27-year-old midfielder looked very determined and upbeat during the session.

The England international has been on the books of the Merseyside outfit since the summer of 2015 when he joined them on a free transfer after leaving Manchester United.

Cleverley is a good midfielder, but he is not guaranteed a place in the Everton starting lineup at the moment.
