Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers forward Kyle Lafferty, Leeds United winger Stuart Dallas and Everton-owned Middlesbrough midfielder Muhamed Besic were in action during the match between Northern Ireland and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday.

Rangers forward Kyle Lafferty was in action for Northern Ireland on Saturday, as the Ibrox ace featured in the UEFA Nations League Group B3 against Bosnia and Herzegovina at Windsor Park.

The 30-year-old forward, who returned to Rangers in the summer transfer from Scottish Premiership rivals Heart of Midlothian, started the match and played for 69 minutes.

The former Burnley man did not have a great game and lacked a cutting edge, and it did not come as a surprise when he was taken off in the 69th minute.

As the following image shows, Lafferty cut a frustrating figure during the match, which Northern Ireland lost 2-1.

Kyle Lafferty of Northern Ireland frustrated

One Northern Ireland player who did well against Bosnia and Herzegovina was Leeds United winger Stuart Dallas.

The 27-year-old Leeds start started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, and the former Brentford ace was a constant nuisance for the visiting team’s defence and was always a handful.

Dallas came up against Bosnia and Herzegovina defensive midfielder Muhamed Besic, who could have become his teammate at Leeds for the 2018-19 campaign.

The 25-year-old defensive midfielder joined Middlesbrough on loan from Premier League club Everton in the summer transfer window.
