Tottenham Hotspur have a massive Premier League clash tomorrow evening.
Antonio Conte’s outfit are gearing up to host top-four rivals West Ham United in North London and only a victory will do for the Italian and his players.
Should Arsenal lose at Aston Villa this afternoon, Tottenham could move level on points with the fourth-placed Gunners with a win.
Conte put his Lilywhites through their paces at Hotspur Way on Friday, ahead of facing the Hammers.
And a certain Eric Dier displayed signs of the same head injury that he suffered against Brighton in midweek.
The Tottenham defender was caught by a flailing arm belonging to Neal Maupay after only eight minutes, causing blood to stream down his face.
On Friday, the England international – left out of Gareth Southgate’s squad yesterday – was pictured sporting a band aid, but later in the session a much larger head bandage, illustrating that it remains a problem.

On a lighter note, a certain Max Robson was spotted in Tottenham senior training.
The 19-year-old midfielder has never made a senior appearance for the North Londoners, but it appears as if Conte might be a fan after promoting him to the first-team session on Friday.
Here’s some photographs of the teenage prospect:
