Leicester City have found life in the Premier League much harder this term, after last season’s incredible achievement.

Leicester players looked in buoyant mood as photos from today’s training session were uploaded to the club’s official Twitter page.

The Foxes produced a fantastic display in their Champions League debut with a convincing 3-0 victory over Club Brugge in the week, but now they must turn their attention back to their domestic campaign.

The club released a series of photos to their official Twitter account showing the players being put through their paces ahead of tomorrow’s home game against Burnley:

Riyad Mahrez was back to his scintillating best on Wednesday night and scored two of the Foxes’ goals.

Claudio Ranieri will be hoping to see more of that form from the Algerian in the Premier League as they face an incredibly tough run of fixtures over the coming weeks that includes away trips to Manchester United and Chelsea.

Jamie Vardy is another Leicester player who hasn’t exactly hit the ground running, and he will be hoping to return to the levels he reached last season as soon as possible.

The Foxes quite simply must win against the Clarets tomorrow, or risk leaving themselves a mountain to climb in their hopes of achieving Champions League again, albeit at such an early stage of their campaign.
