Aston Villa and Newcastle United reportedly want Marvelous Nakamba, who shone in the Champions League.

Marvelous Nakamba isn’t an easy man to play against.
Averaging 4.4 tackles and three interceptions per game in last season’s Champions League, the Club Brugge enforcer is something of an old school throwback, an N’Golo Kante-style ball-winner who loves nothing more than engaging in a physical battle – even against the very best opposition.
Brugge failed to qualify for the Champions League knockout round but they really held their own in a tough group containing Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Monaco.
The Belgian giants took four points off 2017 semi-finalists Monaco, cruising to a remarkable 4-0 win in France, while holding Atletico and Dortmund to goalless draws.
Nakamba was a major reason why Brugge exceeded all expectations with genuinely world class like attackers Antoine Griezmann and Marco Reus getting no chance whatsoever out of the 25-year-old Zimbabwe international.

As reported by The Chronicle, Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Watford are all interested in the former Vitesse Arnhem man, who will cost a hefty £20 million this summer.
And whoever wins the race will have themselves a tenacious, hugely combative midfield talent who steps up to the plate no matter the opposition.
