Former Liverpool star Raheem Sterling and ex-Tottenham Hotspur hero Kyle Walker have won the Premier League title yet again with Manchester City.

Raheem Sterling and Kyle Walker have won the Premier League title yet again, and that must really hurt Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur fans.
Sterling was on the books of Liverpool from 2010 until 2015 before he joined Premier League rivals City.
The 24-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, did not win any major trophy with the Reds, but he has now won the league title twice in a row with the Citizens.
Walker joined Tottenham back in 2009, and the England international established himself as one of the best right-backs during his time at the North London outfit.
The 28-year-old, who did not win any major silverware with Spurs, moved to City in the summer of 2017, and, like Sterling, has won the league title for the second successive season.
City got the better of Brighton and Hove Albion away from home in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, and both Sterling and Walker celebrated in style.
Liverpool have finished second, while Tottenham have ended up fourth, and the following images of Sterling and Walker celebrating will not please the fans of the Reds and Spurs.
