Tottenham Hotspur drew 2-2 with Rochdale on Sunday evening.

Tottenham Hotspur will face another FA Cup replay after only managing to draw 2-2 with Rochdale on Sunday – but the performance of Lucas Moura was a major positive for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs were hoping to avoid any slip-ups in the fifth round of the FA Cup, especially having been forced to go through a replay against Newport County in the last round, but fell behind at Spotland when Ian Henderson put League One Rochdale in front.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men did hit back in the second half, with Lucas Moura running through to score a goal on his first start for the club, before Harry Kane scored from the spot after Dele Alli was fouled by Harrison McGahey.
However, Spurs couldn’t see out the game, and were made to pay when Steven Davies smashed in a late equaliser for Rochdale, handing Keith Hill’s men a money-spinning replay and a trip to Wembley.

Not managing to beat a League One side will be a source of frustration for Pochettino and Spurs fans, but winger Moura certainly caught the eye on his first start since his deadline day move from Paris Saint-Germain last month.
Moura was bright and inventive throughout, displaying the pace that made him a household name with PSG, whilst his calm finish from Moussa Sissoko’s pass showed that he can provide goals for Pochettino’s side too.
Fans were impressed with his display, and it was clear just how much the goal meant to him, as he celebrated gleefully at Spotland, opening his account in English football in the process.
Here are some of the best images from Moura’s first Tottenham start, including his celebrations after finding the back of the net…
