Leeds United won their first pre-season match of the summer, with new manager Marcelo Bielsa getting off to a strong start.
Bielsa met fans as he got off the coach with his team for the friendly game at Forest Green Rovers.
Leeds won the game 2-1, with Kemar Roofe and Luke Ayling scoring goals in the first half.
Samu Saiz was also in action as one of the starters, with the Spaniard entering his second season after a very mixed 2017/18 campaign.
January signing Adam Forshaw also starred, playing in an advanced role as Kalvin Phillips shielded the back four.
Leeds’ new signings Lewis Baker and Jamal Blackman were not involved, with Bailey Peacock-Farrell starting the game in goal.
