Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium is coming along nicely.

Spurs are all set to move into their new 61,000 capacity stadium for the start of next season, and they released a series of pictures via their official Twitter account showcasing the progress that is being made.
Tottenham have played all their home games at Wembley this season, and despite some memorable wins against Liverpool, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund Manchester United and Arsenal, the Spurs fans are desperate to move into their new arena.
The Lilywhites have emerged onto the scene as one of Europe’s most exciting footballing sides over the past couple of years, and their move to their new stadium in August is expected to provide them with the opportunity to compete with the continent’s elite clubs financially, what with the increased revenues that the extra seats will bring in.

Moving into their new home, and the excitement that is surrounding it is arguably one of the main reasons why the likes of Harry Kane and Dele Alli are happy to stay at the club for the foreseeable future.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men will, of course, have to start winning things sooner rather than later, if they are to keep their group of outstanding players together.

And if they manage to do that, there could be some really exciting times ahead for them as a football club in their new home.
Here are a selection of pictures released via Spurs’ official Twitter account, showing the 61,000 capacity stadium taking shape:
