Atletico Madrid play host to Arsenal tomorrow in the second leg of their Europa League tie.

The Arsenal players were put through their paces today during training ahead of their Europa League second leg clash with Atletico Madrid in the Spanish capital tomorrow night.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has prioritised Europe’s second tier competition, with qualification for next season’s Champions League now out of reach via a top four finish in the Premier League table.
Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw by Atleti at the Emirates last week, and were extremely unfortunate not to win the game by a handsome margin.

The Gunners’ impotence in front of goal could very well come back to haunt them, what with Diego Simeone’s side being notoriously hard to beat on their own patch.
The Spanish side have conceded just four goals at home in La Liga all season long, and Arsenal will have to break down one of the most stubborn defences in Europe at least once if they are to have any chance of making it through to the Europa League final later this month.
