Leeds United won against Wigan Athletic in the Championship at the weekend.

Leeds United’s season may have ended in disappointment, but one player who can hold his head high and be pleased with his performances is Chris Wood.
Wood has enjoyed arguably the best season of his career to date and has been one of the best players in the Championship.
The New Zealand international striker has scored 27 goals and has provided four assists in 44 league matches for Leeds this season.
The former West Bromwich Albion and Leicester City man scored three goals in the League Cup for the West Yorkshire this campaign.
Wood’s latest goal this season came at the weekend when he found the target against Wigan Athletic away from home at the DW Stadium.
The 25-year-old striker scored from the penalty spot in the 50th minute to help the Whites earn a 1-1 draw in the Championship game on Sunday afternoon.
It was Wood’s 30th goal in all competitions for Leeds this season, and he made it clear during his celebrations as the following two photos show.
