The Mirror reported on Saturday that the North Londoners are prepared to go above the £52 million club-record transfer fee that they paid for Alexandre Lacazette in signing the Borussia Dortmund hitman.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger poured cold water on the rumours this weekend and suggested that a move to the Emirates Stadium was not imminent.
But recent photos suggest that a move is on the cards after Arsenal’s chief executive Ivan Gazidis, along with other club delegates, was reportedly photographed in Dortmund today – and fans are putting two and two together.
Interestingly, eagle-eyed fans have noticed the sports car in one photograph and few can deny it isn’t very similar to the one that Aubameyang claimed to have purchased on his Instagram back in December.
