The Kuwaiti became a divisive figure at the City Ground, with Forest failing to progress under his ownership.

The club nearly got relegated to League One this past season, with Al Hasawi criticised for selling star players and sacking managers.
Al Hasawi has been busy posting on social media since selling the club, and certainly appears to be very happy.
Posting on his Instagram page, he displayed pictures enjoying a holiday, with a huge grin.
The BBC reported that the fee of the takeover was undisclosed, but it was likely to have run into several millions.
It is little wonder that Al Hasawi is looking so happy.
Forest fans are hoping that new owner Marinakis can bring similar smiles back to the City Ground, with such exuberance missing over the past 12 months.
