Leeds have been trying to sign Abel Hernandez, but will he end up at Elland Road?

Free agent Abel Hernandez could finally be on the move… but is it to Leeds?
Hernandez has been without a club since his Hull City contract ended in June and he was expected to find a club quickly.
He has been in his native Uruguay over the past month – but could finally be on the move.
Hernandez posted an Instagram story from an airport last night, taking off to a destination which currently remains unclear.
He has been linked with moves to Turkey, Brazil and Russia, with CSKA Moscow’s interest the strongest.
Hernandez scored eight goals in 10 games at the end of last season for Hull after bouncing back from a serious knee injury.
If he is off to Russia it will be a disappointment for Leeds, but it will at least draw a line under the saga and free up their attention to fully focus on alternatives.
