Spurs ran out 3-1 winners against the Championship side and will now head to Australia for glamour ties with Juventus and Atletico Madrid next week.
The Dutchman will be delighted to get off the mark for his new club and with Harry Kane returning to training late due to his international exploits over the summer, it’s a chance for Janssen to lay down a marker.

The Lilywhites will also hope to complete the transfer of Georges-Kevin N’Koudou in time for the trip Down Under, with the Guardian reporting that the deal will be finalised soon.
