Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli is enjoying his break after a tough end to the season.
Alli suffered late defeats with Spurs and England to end the season in the Champions League final and UEFA Nations League.
He is on holiday at present with international teammate Jadon Sancho, with the pair meeting up in California.
Alli’s replies were inundated from Spurs fans, with messages including, “Talk him into signing for us. What a player!”
Sancho is a player Tottenham wanted while he was at Manchester City, FourFourTwo reported, before he clinched his big move to Borussia Dortmund.
In two seasons Sancho has become a superstar in Germany and last October The Mirror reported Tottenham wanted to make a move for him this summer, the problem is the £100 million price tag – putting him beyond the Premier League side’s reach.
Holiday with Sancho and lining up alongside him for England is as close as Alli will get to him for now.
