Work continues apace at Tottenham Hotspur.
The season may be over for Tottenham Hotspur, but in one area activity is stepping up.
Work has begun to demolish White Hart Lane, after a successful campaign which saw the club go unbeaten at the stadium.
Tottenham have released new images of the work, with the picture above in the bottom left, displaying a churned up pitch and one stand entirely ripped down.

Tottenham are tearing down the famous stadium after 118 years in order to make way for their state of the art new ground to be completed.
It is currently scheduled to be finished in time for the beginning of the 2018/19 season.

This means Spurs will be playing their home games elsewhere this coming campaign, with a deal struck with the FA to play at national stadium Wembley.
Spurs had poor fortunes playing at Wembley last season in the FA Cup and Champions League. This will need to change if they are to mount a title challenge in the Premier League next season.
