Kane sustained a hamstring injury against Liverpool and missed the subsequent Premier League game against Manchester United.
Spurs lost this game 1-0 and Kane is itching to return for the glamour clash with Real Madrid.
Kane posted the above image to Instagram showing that he has been in a cryotherapy chamber as he does all he can in an attempt to get healthy.
Kane is currently the joint top goalscorer in the Champions League, netting five goals in his first three matches.
Having him back against an injury depleted Real Madrid side would give the Tottenham team a huge psychological boost.
Following the match with Real, Spurs have a Premier League game at home to Crystal Palace, before the international break.
