Thierry Henry put his Arsenal loyalties to one side to embrace a Tottenham Hotspur player on Wednesday night.

The iconic Arsenal hitman was on site at Old Trafford for Spurs’ visit to Manchester United.

Antonio Conte’s side wound up losing 2-0 to the Red Devils, who could and probably would have won far more comfortably if not for Hugo Lloris.

The France international was probably Tottenham’s only positive on a night where Harry Kane and Son Heung-min struggled in a major way in attack.

Prior to kickoff, Son was photographed sharing a warm embrace with the legendary Gunners’ striker.

The Arsenal hero and Son have media history with one another.

Henry has interviewed the Tottenham attacker on a number of occasions, for Amazon most recently and Sky Sports back in 2018, as per YouTube.

The former Bayer Leverkusen attacker is having a strange season in North London.

Yes, he scored a hat-trick off the bench against Leicester City in September, after being dropped by Antonio Conte, but the South Korea international has continued to blow hot and cold since then.

That treble was supposed to kick-start Son’s season but considering he has struggled in the four Premier League games since then, it’s clear to see that the 30-year-old remains in something of a funk, exacerbated by last night’s difficulties.
