Tottenham Hotspur linked Dries Mertens posted a picture of himself hanging out with Nacer Chadli, Mousa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen.
Tottenham Hotspur trio Nacer Chadli, Mousa Dembele and Jan Vertonghen have used the international break to catch up with close friend and Spurs linked Dries Mertens over a board game.
Mertens published a picture of himself along with the Spurs pair as they relaxed ahead of Friday’s Euro 2016 qualifying game against Andorra.
Mertens has made it clear that he’s not interested in a move away from PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie but if Tottenham ever wanted to put together a formal bid, they are well represented by two players who could talk Mertens round.
Chadli, Dembele and Vertonghen are two of Mauricio Pochettino’s key first team players at the moment and both are well placed to give informed and accurate opinions on the state of the club and the first team.
Mertens has been used inconsistently by Rafa Benitez at Napoli this season, making just one start and four appearances off of the subs bench for the team.
