Leeds United’s Ronaldo Vieira watched the youth team today.

Ronaldo Vieira took the time to watch Leeds United’s Under-23 side in action against Crewe Alexandra today.
The 19-year-old midfielder’s twin brother Romario was in the squad but reserve boss Carlos Corberan elected against bringing him off the bench.
It’s just about as close to a football pitch as Ronaldo has been over the past few weeks as manager Thomas Christiansen – also in attendance today – refuses to give him many chances in the senior side this season.
Vieira was the breakthrough star for Leeds under Garry Monk last term but he has only managed three Championship games this season – all from the bench.

Christiansen has an abundance of midfield options but Kalvin Phillips has not looked himself over the past few weeks and you wonder whether the 44-year-old manager will give the teenager a chance when Reading visit Elland Road on Saturday.
But he, and indeed desperate United fans, won’t held their breath.
