Bruno Alves is on the brink of leaving Glasgow Rangers.

Bruno Alves’ imminent departure from Rangers has not even been confirmed yet, but his shirt number could already have been re-assigned.
Rangers defender Alves is in Italy to complete a move to Parma, the Scottish Sun report.
While he is there, his number 22 shirt was being worn by Gers ace Greg Docherty.
A pre-season number is no guarantee to be taken into the new season, but a switch to wear 22 could be in Docherty’s interest.
He currently wears the number 48 shirt, and while 22 is not an iconic number seven shirt, it is better and closer to the first XI than where he is at present.
Docherty signed from Rangers in mid-season from Hamilton and hopes to try and become a regular for Steven Gerrard’s side.
Rangers kicked off their pre-season with a 6-0 win against Bury, with Docherty coming on midway through the second half for Scott Arfield.
