Aaron Ramsey is one of three players to have had their contracts extended at Arsenal.
Great news for Arsenal fans! Aaron Ramsey has signed a new contract with the North London club.
Arsenal announced the news shortly ago and the Welshman has penned a new long term deal along with Spaniard Santi Cazorla and youngster Gedion Zelalem.
Ramsey has since published a photo of himself signing the deal alongside manager Arsene Wenger.
“I’m delighted to have signed a new contract. I’ve been here for six years and I’m so happy. I think we’ve shown so far this season what we’re all about and the direction that this club wants to go in. I want to be a part of that, and to be a part of something special at Arsenal. We have a great team which we believe can achieve great things,” he told the Arsenal website.
Ramsey will now focus on getting to a state of sharpness and match fitness which could allow him to return this weekend in the London derby against Chelsea.
