Aston Villa appear to have secured the future of Onodi Akos.

Aston Villa fans will be focusing on first-team signings this summer, with Dean Smith adding another face on Monday in Southampton left back Matt Targett.
He joins fellow new signings Kortney Hause, Anwar El Ghazi, Jota and Wesley at Villa Park, and more additions will be expected before the end of the transfer window.
One move may have gone under the radar though, as goalkeeper Onodi Akos appears to have signed a first professional contract at Villa Park.
Akos, 17, first arrived at Villa back in September, joining up with the Academy under Steve Bruce having joined from Eto FC Gyor.
Akos made seven appearances in the Under-18 Premier League last season, keeping one clean sheet and conceding 13 goals in those games.
The teenager already has caps for Hungary Under-16’s and Under-17’s, and looks to have a bright future ahead of him at Villa Park.

With Matija Sarkic loaned out to Livingston, Akos has a chance to progress this season, and a photo has emerged of him seemingly signing is first pro deal with the club.
Pro Soccer Global have posted a photo of Akos signing his deal on Instagram, noting that the youngster first came to England on one of their tours before heading to Villa – and he may be a name for fans to keep an eye on in the coming years.
