Leeds United new boy Eunan O’Kane is in contention to feature this weekend.
New Leeds United signing Eunan O’Kane has been pictured training as part of the first team squad ahead of this weekend’s match with Huddersfield Town.
O’Kane signed with the club on transfer deadline day, switching from Bournemouth after falling out of favour.
He had been on international duty this week with Republic of Ireland, although did not feature in their 2-2 draw with Serbia.
Leeds go into the game in 21st place, with Garry Monk’s side winning only one of their five Championship games so far.
Huddersfield Town by contrast are the surprise package of the division, currently sitting in first position.
It is unclear if O’Kane will go straight into the starting line-up, with Leeds having numerous options in central midfield, with young duo Ronaldo Vieira and Kalvin Phillips impressing in their opportunities so far.
Liam Bridcutt also signed permanently after last season’s loan spell and is expected to start, and O’Kane could partner him in central midfield if Garry Monk decides to throw the new addition straight in.
