West Ham new boy Said Benrahma has been photographed in training following his deadline day move from Brentford, and he looks like he means business.

The Algeria international sealed a loan move to the London Stadium on the last day of the domestic transfer window.

West Ham have paid a £5 million loan fee to the Championship side, and have agreed to turn the deal into a permanent transfer for £25 million next summer, according to The Guardian.

Benrahma arrives in the Premier League following an incredible Championship season with the Bees, in which he scored 17 goals and assisted ten more.

Sadly, he couldn’t get Brentford into the top-flight having lost the Play-Off final to Fulham, although Thomas Frank’s loss seems to be David Moyes’ gain.

Benrahma has been spotted sprinting in training, and judging by his facial expression, he looks like he means business in east London.

The eccentric winger could make his West Ham debut against Manchester City on Saturday.

If he doesn’t begin that game, then his first start could then come against Liverpool at Anfield the following week.

Talk about being thrown in at the deep end!

That doesn’t sound like the most generous of starts to life at West Ham for Benrahma.

However, after the incredible result against Tottenham last time out, who knows what may be in store for the Irons against Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp’s men.
