A relatively unknown player was spotted in Tottenham Hotspur training on Tuesday afternoon.

Spurs are gearing up for a difficult Premier League encounter away at Leicester City tonight.

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte put his players through their paces at Hotspur Way yesterday, with the usual stars in attendance.

However, a certain Dermi Lusala was also spotted.

The 19-year-old Lilywhites prospect was also promoted by Conte back in November due to an international break, though he never wound up making a senior squad.

Here’s some updated photographs of the teenager from Tuesday.

Despite the promotion, it’s unlikely that Lusala will feature at the King Power Stadium.

It’s a massive fixture for Tottenham.

Conte’s side are four points behind fourth-placed West Ham United and, in keeping with the theme, the North Londoners also have four games in hand over the Hammers.

Victory tonight would really reinforce confidence that the Italian can lead Spurs back into the Champions League.

They haven’t been in the competition since the 2019-20 campaign but there’s no doubting that the former Chelsea and Inter Milan coach has Tottenham playing extremely well.

And it wouldn’t be a massive surprise if Spurs were to win tonight and start making inroads toward a top-four assault.
