Is the goalie in question 21-year-old Spaniard Alejandro Quesada.

Leicester City are taking on Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League this week and will go into the game wanting a win after a difficult start to their title defence. Spurs meanwhile will be hoping to get the better of a side they felt they were going to push all the way in the Premier League title fight last season – only to come up very short.
Leicester were therefore being put through their paces by Claudio Ranieri throughout the week with the likes of Christian Fuchs, Jamie Vardy and Wes Morgan all working hard ahead of a big game this weekend.
But there was one very unfamiliar face in training with the club.
The two keepers to the left in this picture are first-teamers Kasper Schmeichel and Ron-Robert Zieler – the other, in the goalmouth, is not a clean-shaven Ben Hamer.
It has been suggested – courtesy of Leicester City fan @ChocoIateMusa on Twitter – that it is 21-year-old Spanish goalkeeper Alejandro Quesada.
He is currently a free agent after leaving Deportivo Alaves in the summer and he does not seem to have a current club so it is certainly plausible that he is training with Leicester.
Unfortunately, despite contacting the agency representing the goalie, there has been no confirmation regarding any training with Leicester City.
