Tottenham Hotspur are set to take on Real Madrid at the Bernabeu on Tuesday evening.
Tottenham Hotspur have posted pictures of the team flying to Madrid today, and they are most noteworthy for the inclusion of both Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele.
Rose and Dembele were both expected to miss out on playing at the Bernabeu, due to injury.
However, the Spurs pair are both definitely due to be in Spain on Tuesday evening.
The Tottenham pair can be spotted in the background of an official photo on the club’s Twitter account, and eagle-eyed Spurs fans have been left excited by the fact they are travelling.
Rose is yet to feature for Tottenham this season, while Dembele has been struggling for fitness for much of the campaign.
It still remains to be seen whether Mauricio Pochettino intends to play the duo, but their inclusion in the travelling squad is certainly intriguing.
Spurs have won both their matches in the Champions League to date, and if they could manage to pull off an upset at the Bernabeu, their progress to the knockout stages would be almost confirmed.
