Arsenal teenager Michal Rosiak has been spotted in first-team training ahead of today’s Premier League clash against Liverpool.

The Gunners saw Manchester City beat Southampton 4-1 on Saturday evening, piling the pressure back on Arsenal once again.

Mikel Arteta’s men need to come up with a win against Liverpool today and a trip to Anfield is hardly going to be easy.

The Spaniard was putting his players through their paces at London Colney on Saturday, going through final preparations ahead of the trip to Merseyside.

Arteta still decided to give opportunities to youngsters though and brought teenager Rosiak into first-team training.

Whether Rosiak makes the match day squad at Anfield remains to be seen but this will have been a proud day for the defender, rubbing shoulders with Arsenal’s top stars the day before a huge game.

Who is Arsenal talent Michal Rosiak?

Rosiak was born in Poland and moved over to England at the age of just 10 having followed Arsenal as a kid.

Rosiak was spotted by Arsenal having played in a school tournament at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground, and he has been in the Gunners ranks ever since.

Father Mariusz was also a footballer in Poland’s lower leagues – but Michal looks set for a much bigger career.

Rosiak has played seven times in the Under-18 Premier League this season according to Transfermarkt, racking up two goals and five assists despite being a right back.

The 17-year-old has also been vital to Arsenal’s run to the final of the FA Youth Cup.

Four goals in just five FA Youth Cup games is a sensational record and Rosiak is a vital player for Jack Wilshere’s youngsters.

That kind of unbelievable form is always going to get you noticed and Rosiak is now firmly on Mikel Arteta’s radar.

Even travelling to Anfield today would be massive for Rosiak and Arsenal may just have their next great right back already on the books.
