Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold had a dream day on Saturday.

He starred for the Reds at Wembley as they swept aside competitors Tottenham Hotspur in a comfortable 2-1 win.

Then he met one of hie heroes after the game, NBA superstar Steph Curry.

Alexander-Arnold posted a photo alongside the Golden State Warriors star after the Wembley win.

Steph Curry is a proven winner in the NBA, leading the Warriors to win three of the last four championships, and perhaps his success will rub off on the Liverpool defender.

His success has come at the expense of Liverpool shareholder LeBron James, who was playing for the losing finalists in all three of Curry’s victories, emerging victorious only once in 2016.
