Liverpool won 2-0 against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield on Sunday afternoon, but that was not enough for the Merseyside outfit to win the Premier League title this season.
Manchester City came from behind to get the better of Brighton and Hove Albion 4-1 to clinch the Premier League title by a single point.
Liverpool, though, can still win a major trophy this season, as the Reds are in the Champions League final.
