Everton defender Lewis Gibson has been in impressive form for their under-23’s this season.

Lewis Gibson has been spotted training for Everton’s first-team, in the latest batch of photos from training yesterday.
Everton posted pictures of Marco Silva’s squad on the training pitch in the build up to their game against Fulham yesterday.
And Gibson was visible in the second snap, suggesting that Silva is considering giving the youngster a first-team chance at Goodison Park.
Gibson joined Everton from Newcastle United two years ago, but he is yet to make his senior debut.
The 18-year-old centre-back is has been a regular in Everton’s under-23 side, but is yet to be given a chance by Silva.

With Everton impressing in recent weeks, it would be a shock if Gibson broke into Silva’s line-up any time soon.
However, the Portuguese boss may want to offer Gibson a place in Everton’s first-team squad before the season is out, to ensure he gets a taste of what it is like to be involved in the senior team.
