Leeds United summer signing Ouasim Bouy was back in action for Cultural Leonesa at the weekend as his loan spell continues.
Leeds signed the former Juventus talent in the summer but made the decision to send him out on loan.
Bouy can play in both midfield and defence and is hoping to impress over in Spain.
So far it has been slow going for the Dutchman.
An early injury put him behind in his fitness and it took until September for him to make his debut, coming with the second string in the Copa del Rey.
Having sat out the previous weekend entirely, Bouy was a half-time substitute in Leonesa’s most recent match.
Bouy came on a half-time against Rayo Vallecano but could not prevent his side slipping to a 3-1 defeat.
At this stage it is too early for Leeds fans to judge Bouy at all, and this season is all about preparation for him ahead of attempting to get into the Whites line-up next year.
Bouy just appears keen to get a run of starts together, and aims to be selected for their home fixture with Almeria on Friday.
