Yesterday, photos emerged from the AXA Training Centre, as Liverpool prepared for their Carabao Cup clash with Chelsea on Sunday.
The Reds are set to take part in their first Carabao Cup final since 2016, and Jürgen Klopp has made an interesting decision ahead of the showpiece event.
What’s the story?
Well, the 54-year-old has decided to call Jakub Ojrzynski into first-team training at the AXA Training Centre.
The 19-year-old glovesman has never made a first-team appearance for the Reds, and he seems unlikely to do so anytime soon with Alisson, Caoimhin Kelleher and Adrian in Klopp’s ranks.
That’s what makes his inclusion in first-team training all the more intriguing.
You can see a photo of the teenager in first-team training yesterday below.

It would take a very unique situation for the Poland Under-19 international to find himself involved in the action on Sunday.
Nevertheless, it is nice of Klopp to let him take part in first-team training, and the experience should bode well for him in the future.
Liverpool should take Jakub Ojrzynski to Wembley
If he wasn’t already planning to do so, Klopp should take Ojrzynski to Wembley with the Liverpool first-team.
The goalkeeping prodigy has clearly been doing something right in the Liverpool youth ranks, and Klopp has taken a shine to him.

It would potentially do wonders for the Pole’s development if he was granted such a memorable experience at the age of 19.
In an environment containing big characters such as Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah and Jordan Henderson, it goes without saying that Ojrzynski would learn a lot.
