Kemar Roofe was Leeds United’s top goalscorer last season.

Leeds United striker Kemar Roofe enjoyed a terrific 2018/19.
He finished the season as the club’s top scorer and only injury held him back.
Had he not had two spells on the sidelines including the play-off semi-final second leg, Leeds could be a Premier League side right now.
So on the day the 2019/20 fixtures were announced, it’s positive to see the ex-West Brom forward training already for Leeds.
Roofe was back home in Walsall, where he was born, to get down to training after a holiday in America.
Roofe’s message shows his determination to reach his goals, and this should be encouraging for Leeds.
Leeds start the season with a fixture against Bristol City at Ashton Gate, a game which will be televised.
The Whites need to ensure they keep hold of Roofe in the transfer window this summer so he can play a prominent part.
