The teenager was caught on camera getting stuck in with Everton teammate Yannick Bolasie during the session.
The 27-year-old winger joined Everton from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace in the summer for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £25 million.
Bolasie has scored one goal and created 16 chances in 10 league matches for the Toffees so far this season.
