Ant & Dec were presenting the ITV hit show ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ last night, but the duo were also keeping an eye on Newcastle United’s match against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
Anthony McPartlin & Declan Donnelly, popularly known as simply Ant & Dec, are massive Newcastle fans.
While the duo were on presenting duties for I’m a Celebrity on ITV from Gwrych Castle in Wales last night, they were keeping an eye on the Newcastle match as well.
The Magpies got the better of Palace 2-0 away from home at Selhurst Park in London in the Premier League on Friday evening.
Joelinton provided the assist for Callum Wilson to open the scoring for Steve Bruce’s side in the 88th minute, and the 24-year-old forward himself made it 2-0 just two minutes later.
The result means that the Magpies are now 10th in the Premier League table with 14 points from 10 matches, four points behind fourth-placed Leicester City, who have played nine games.
Newcastle will return to action on December 4 when they take on Aston Villa away from home at Villa Park in the league.
