Tottenham’s substantial Belgium, England and France contingent are only expected back at the end of the month, currently on a break after reaching the final stages of the World Cup, with Hugo Lloris lifting the trophy.
Spurs have not signed any players this summer, but gradually getting their international stars back will give the squad and staff a lift as they head ‘home’ to North London.
